Job Description
As a pilot at Air Similan, you'll take the virtual cockpit of one of our state-of-the-art aircraft for flights departing from our bases at Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Paris-Orly, or Nice-Côte d’Azur. You will have the freedom to select routes from a diverse network covering France, Europe, and the world.
Your mission: bring our operations to life with passion and realism, adhere to our internal standards, and thrive in an immersive, structured, and stimulating environment.
Requirements
Before submitting your application as a virtual pilot at Air Similan, please ensure you meet all the following criteria:
- Be at least 16 years old,
- Have proficiency in French (reading, speaking, writing),
- Have a solid understanding of basic aviation English,
- Hold an active IVAO and/or VATSIM account,
- Possess strong flight simulation skills,
- Use a Windows computer with one of the following simulators: Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020/2024 (MSFS), Prepar3D (P3D), X-Plane 11/12, or Microsoft Flight Simulator X (FSX),
- Be able to fly at least the Airbus A320 family or Boeing 737,
- Have read and accepted the Air Similan rules and our legal notices, including our privacy and data protection policies.

Entrance Exam
You will be invited to take a theoretical exam covering the fundamentals of aviation, applicable regulations, safety procedures, and a brief section on Air Similan. This is not a competition, but a key step to ensure a shared baseline of knowledge.
Admission
Once the exam is successfully completed, you will officially join Air Similan. A confirmation email will be sent with all the information needed to get started on your virtual journey with us.
